About:

Spoiler alert: Everybody dies.

But are we ever really ready for Death? Let alone making an account of our lives before the final passage?

MacArthur recipient and Pulitzer Prize finalist Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins poses these questions to five actors – who are selected by lottery to play the title role – in this hilarious contemporary riff on the medieval morality play Everyman. The result is an anarchic and epic journey into the great unknown – every performance.

Everybody offers a metaphysical rhapsody on 21st Century life, which the Ira Brind School of Theater Arts delivers in a fantasia of light, sound, movement, and expression.

So, if we dyin, how we livin?
