BoYz may coMe and Go, bUt hOrSes aRe 4eVer <3 At a weekly meeting for an exclusive middle school horse club, a crisis unlike any other arises—the girls’ parents are secretly scheming to SELL their HORSES!!!!! Led by their fearless-but-sometimes-horrendous leader Ashleigh Whitford, the Lady Jean Ladies will take extreme measures to keep what is rightfully theirs. Horse Girls by Jenny Rachel Weiner is a piece about girlhood and belonging mixed with murder, Mariah Carey, and virgin strawberry daiquiris.
